Phila Mahintsho is the Founder & Director of Zingisa Business Services, a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and a strategic leader with an MBA from Wits Business School. Her vision is to bridge the gap between compliance and strategic growth for every client.
With over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing, distribution, IT, and automotive industries across multinational companies, Ms. Mahintsho has a proven track record in executive finance and senior management roles.
She has successfully led the implementation of major accounting systems and oversaw the conversion of finance operations from paper-based to digital assets. Expert in designing and implementing robust internal controls, policies, and business processes that drive efficiency and mitigate operational risk. Possesses extensive knowledge of Corporate Governance, the Company’s Act, Tax law, and the National Credit Act, ensuring all client strategies are built on a foundation of regulatory compliance.
As a former senior manager, she has a history of strategic planning for audits, successfully closing external audits, and significantly reducing audit overruns. Responsible for setting up entire finance departments, implementing cash management strategies, and driving company profitability strategies at the executive level.
